Essential maintenance is scheduled for Wednesday 7 October at 20:00 to upgrade selected Comms X systems to Version 8. Expected downtime: Up to 30 minutes This maintenance will only affect a selection of customers. Customers impacted by the works will have received separate communication confirming the planned maintenance. During the maintenance window, affected users will be unable to make or receive calls. Services will resume automatically once the upgrade is complete. In rare cases, some handsets may require a restart to reconnect.
