We have been notified that emergency maintenance needs to take place on our Comms X systems to preserve the integrity of their security. We are advised these works will take place tonight, Thursday 22nd October, from 20:00. This is a necessary large-scale update and as such we have no confirmed expected finish time.
This will result in your systems being offline for a short time at some point after 20:00. If you have a Business Continuity Plan, please invoke it as required. Systems should come back online once the maintenance is complete. We will update this page once maintenance is confirmed as complete.
We apologise for the short notice and for the disruption this will cause. We have no influence over when this is taking place. This is essential work to help protect your system.
If you expect to be working during this time and would like us to apply diverts to enable you to continue to receive calls during this period, please respond ASAP to support@apollocloud.co.uk with the number to which you would like the calls diverted.

A small number of our 3CX systems hosted on Google were affected by a power event in part of their London data centre. We will issue a Reason for Outage (RFO) report in due course.
